This policy explains what information Miles to Minutes ("we") collects when you visit this site, buy or make a gift, or open one, how we use it and your choices. We collect as little as we can.

## What we collect

From buyers:

- your email address, the order number, the date, where the order came from and whether it was canceled or refunded;
- who the gift is for (partner, family or friend) and its language;
- everything you put in the gift: names and cities, a date, photos and their captions, voice notes, your letter, the games and look you choose, an optional secret question and its answers;
- the gift's code, kept so only you can see it again in your Studio;
- if a gift is deleted, a short record of the deletion (see "Deleting a gift").

From recipients: what happens inside the gift (lights turned on, game scores, the reactions and notes they send back). The buyer sees this in the Gift Studio, and the gift tells the recipient so.

From every visitor:

- a scrambled form of your IP address (never the address itself) when you try a gift code or ask for a sign-in email, to stop people from guessing codes;
- an automatic check that tells people from bots before a code is tried or a sign-in email is sent;
- in your own browser: your language, your Studio session and your progress in a gift;
- on the public pages only (never on gift, Studio or card pages): information about your visit, such as the pages you see, your device and browser, where you came from and, if you came from an ad, its click identifier (see "Cookies").

We don't receive or store your payment card details; the shop or payment provider you order through handles payment.

## How we use it

- to deliver your gift: your Studio, the sign-in emails, the gift itself and its card;
- to show the buyer the recipient's activity;
- to keep gifts private and the site safe (code-guessing limits, bot checks);
- to answer your messages and handle refunds and disputes;
- to keep the records the law or taxes require;
- to measure traffic and improve the service, including knowing which pages and ads bring visitors.

Only the service providers that help us run the site (hosting, storage, database, email and payments) handle this information for us, and only to provide their service. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety, or with a buyer of the business if it is ever sold (this policy would keep applying).

## What we never do

- We don't sell your information.
- We don't use the contents of gifts (photos, voices, words) for advertising.
- We don't send marketplace buyers' emails to advertising platforms.
- We don't put analytics or advertising tools on gift, Studio or card pages.

## Cookies

The public pages use cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic and improve the service; this information may be shared with measurement and advertising partners only for that purpose. If you'd rather not, you can block cookies in your browser's settings. We don't respond to browsers' "Do Not Track" signals.

## How long we keep it

A gift and its activity are kept until the gift is deleted, so the recipient can keep opening it. Sign-in codes expire quickly; sessions end after a while or when you sign out. Order records (number, date, where the order came from) and deletion records are kept as long as we need them for taxes, refunds and disputes.

## Deleting a gift

A buyer can delete a gift from the Gift Studio ("Delete this gift", after typing a word to confirm), or ask us to by email. Deleting means losing that gift for good: it can't be restored or made again, and it isn't a refund.

- What we erase: the gift's photos and voice notes (first, from storage), its names, cities, date, captions, letter, look, games and secret question, its code and the saved copy of it, and everything the recipient did in it (lights, scores, reactions and notes).
- What the recipient sees: whoever tries the gift's code, or its card, sees that the gift is no longer available and that they can ask the person who sent it. To answer that, we keep a fingerprint of the code that can't be turned back into the code.
- What we keep: the order record (number, date, where it came from) and a short deletion record: when it was deleted, the order number and where it came from, who deleted it and their email, the buyer's email, how far the gift had got (whether it was created, when its code was made, whether it was opened and how many lights), how many files were erased, whether the confirmation email went out, and, when we delete it, a note on who asked and why. Only we can read it, and we keep it for taxes, refunds and disputes.
- The confirmation: we email the buyer when a gift is deleted.

## Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to see, correct or delete your information. Write to [milestominutes@archivohub.com](mailto:milestominutes@archivohub.com) from the email address you ordered with, so we know it's you.

- Delete a gift yourself: in your Gift Studio, open the gift and choose "Delete this gift" (see "Deleting a gift" above).
- Delete everything: ask us by email and we will delete all your gifts, end your sessions and sign-in codes, and replace your email with an anonymous placeholder in your order and deletion records.
- If you received a gift and want it deleted, write to us at [milestominutes@archivohub.com](mailto:milestominutes@archivohub.com). Only the buyer can delete a gift, so we look into your request first and then take the right action.

## Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and only adults can buy or make a gift. A gift made for a child is made and managed by the adult who bought it; a parent or guardian can write to us about it and we'll look into it.

## Security

Photos and voice notes live in private storage and are shown only through links that expire within the hour. Gift codes are stored in scrambled form, and code guessing is limited.

## Where your information is processed

We and the providers that help us process information in the United States and other countries. By using the site from elsewhere, you understand it will be processed there.

## Changes

If we change this policy we'll post the new version here with a new date, and point out important changes on the site.
